Fall Favorites

Forgotten God: I'm only into the 3rd chapter of this book by Francis Chan and am loving it! Its not all stuff I want to hear but is what I need to hear. He does a great job of laying out biblically who the Holy Spirit is and how he works in our lives. One of my favorite parts from reading it this morning:

"Know that even as your seek the Spirit more, He is so much more and bigger than you will ever be able to grasp. This is not an excuse to stop seeking to know Him, but don't limit Him to what you can learn about Him. The point is not to completely understand God but to worship Him. Let the very fact that you cannot know Him fully lead you to praise Him for His infiniteness and grandeur."

Chai: If you've been following me at all on Instagram you know chai and I are besties. Its a fall monthly must. Oregon chai [from Target] is my go-to when I'm not drinking it in a coffee shop :)

Chocolate: I like chocolate but a friend bought me Ghiradelli's Sea Salt and I've been CRAVING it. Of course, I'll be asking Santa for a  few bars around Christmas time.

EOS lip balm: Never been a lipstick or lip gloss girl; chapstick is my go-to. I'm obsessed with my EOS ball! While other chap sticks usually get lost within 48 hours of purchase this guy is hard to lose around the house and easy to find in my big purse. Not to mention, "goodbye chapped lips"!

Henri Cartier-Bresson: Found this photographer from a friend and love his simple, raw and authentic view of life. His art is inspiring and definitely worth a look!

Fall Jackets: Target wins in the coat department this year. In love with their selection this year but couldn't decide between these two [even though I am leaning in one direction] ... votes anyone?

*If I'd have anticipated these going on my blog I'd have tried for happier selfies... HA! Next time :)
